You can also get lots of useful tips to improve your employability.Training programmes to help you get a job - or improve your skillsScottish Enterprise and its partners run a number of programmes to help people get into work or improve their vocational skills. For young people there are initiatives like Get Ready for Work and Skillseekers. There are also other programmes such as Training for Work and Modern Apprenticeships.The programmes merge on-the-job training (or placements) with the opportunity to get nationally-recognised qualifications.
